Cancellation

Service Disruptions

In the unlikely event of prolonged and widespread service disruptions directly caused by Inkberg and outside of reasonable scheduled maintenance, we may, at our sole discretion, consider offering service credits or extending your subscription period. This is not a guarantee, and any such accommodation will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Minor or intermittent performance issues, issues caused by third-party integrations (unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement), or issues arising from your own internet connection, devices, or software are not grounds for a refund or credit.
